Class Policy: A class credit will be applied when sign up for class. Classes are not refundable; a credit will be added to your account if you cancel your reservation through the system. (e-mail, text, phone calls DO NOT apply to cancel a class) Classes must be cancelled through the app/reservation system at least 1 hour before the start of class for a credit to be applied. Credits are not applied if cancelled less than 1 hour before class or if cancelled via e-mail, text or phone. If you have a monthly membership and reserve a spot in class and do not cancel yourself out of class a day will be removed from the expiration date of the monthly membership.
