Welcome To Relax Mind & Body

 

 Virtual classes will still be offered during the same time as the studio classes.

* Minimal equipment (blocks, bolster, straps and weights) is available at this time. You will need to bring a mat and any other equipment you would use to participate during class (blanket, eye pillow).

* A mask is option. PLEASE respect fellow yogis no matter what their comfort level with wearing a mask or not is.  

* If you are not feeling well please stay home and enjoy classes virtually. 

* Please respect fellow yogis as you prepare for class.

* Remember to remove shoes upon entry of studio and silence your cell phones.

Mind & Body 

These classes unite the mind, body and heart into one comprehensive unit to give you the ability to surrender, let go and find relaxation, balance and your inner strength. We offer All-Level yoga, easy stretch, yin yoga and slow flow style classes.  The studio offers classes with a wide range of movement to find to perfect stretch/surrender, movement & balance. 

We offer a donation based monthly meditation class the 3rd Friday of each month. You are guided through a visualization, breath and sound for a journey through calm, peace and relaxation.

Body & Mind

These classes build strength, stamina, and relaxation. We offer Yoga Pump which is inspired by Sadie Nardini's Yoga Shred. This class is a HIIT style class using yoga poses moving through 20 seconds of movement; 10 seconds of rest and gives you opportunity to work on body mechanics during early rounds and dig deeper in later rounds. Yoga Pump hits every aspect of your physical fitness, while creating mindfulness and awareness of your body. It combines strength, flexibility, balance, power, endurance, agility & coordination. Our flow classes let you explore yoga asanas and explore your limits either within your comfort zone or just outside of it. Tabata is a HIIT class designed in 5/6 rounds of 4-minute bursts of movement using 20 seconds of work and 10 seconds of rest. Building strength and endurance at your level of awareness. Classes inspired by Barre and Pilates are on the schedule.

Yoga Classes start @ $12 drop-in. Class cards are available: New students $12 for 1-week unlimited classes; $45 5-class card; $70 for 10-class card; $70 Monthly Unlimited. - $2 processing fee applies to all credit card purchases. 

 Class cards are not valid on workshops or special events.
