Virtual classes will still be offered during the same time as the studio classes; unless otherwise noted on the schedule.

* You will need to bring a mat; all other equipment is available at the studio.

* Please respect fellow yogis as you prepare for class.

* Remember to remove shoes upon entry of studio and silence your cell phones.

* Class cancellation MUST be done no less than 60 minutes before the start of class time; you lose the class credit if you do not cancel yourself out of class, If you have a monthly membership there will be a class deducted from the expiration date if you do not cancel yourself out of class.

* If you are not feeling well please stay home and enjoy classes virtually.

* A mask is option. PLEASE respect fellow yogis no matter what their comfort level with wearing a mask or not is.

These classes unite the mind, body and heart into one comprehensive unit to give you the ability to surrender, let go and find relaxation, balance and your inner strength. We offer All-Level yoga, easy stretch, yin yoga and slow flow style classes.  The studio offers classes with a wide range of movement to find to perfect stretch/surrender, movement & balance.

We offer a donation based meditation class month. You are guided through a visualization, breath and sound for a journey through calm, peace and relaxation.

These classes build strength, stamina, and relaxation. We offer Yoga Pump which is inspired by Sadie Nardini’s Yoga Shred. This is a HIIT style class using y ouga poses moving through 20 seconds or movement; 10 seconds of rest and gives you opportunity to work on body mechanics during early rounds and dig deeper in later rounds. Yoga Pump hits every aspect of your physical fitness, flexibility, balance, power, endurance, agility & coordination. Our flow classes letyou explore yoga asanas and explore your limits either wintin your comfort zone or just ouside of it. Fit Stix is a Pound inspired class that builds endurance and strength while drumming along to fun, energetic music. Core classes working deep core muscles, glutes and improves posture, balance, stability and strengthen the deeper core line.

Class cards are available: New students $12 for 1-week unlimited classes; 

$45 5-class card; $70 for 10-class card; $70 Monthly Unlimited. -

$2 processing fee applies to all credit card purchases.

Class cards are not valid on workshops or special events.
